ADRIAN RASEKH

CFO and Director of Real Estate Development

Since 2010 Adrian has been the CFO and Director of Real Estate Development for The Sud Group where he is involved with all aspects of financial underwriting, land-use planning, hi-rise condominium development and financing strategies for the Sud Group’s existing portfolio of commercial retail plazas, residential apartments and land holdings in both Canada and the United States.

Prior to the Sud Group Adrian began his career in real estate finance which included brokering commercial real estate debt with CBRE Capital Markets and lending both construction and term debt facilities across all asset classes with GE Capital. Adrian also gained strong experience in underwriting acquisitions and dispositions while providing advisory work for private equity funds and institutions while working at Ashlar Urban Realty. Adrian is a graduate of the University of Toronto.
