Alex is responsible for all aspects of maitenance for the Sud Group’s Canadian portfolio of real estate. Alex oversees various daily and yearly property maintenance issues such as paving, tenant improvements, and is responsible for overseeing the onsite janitorial staff of the Sud Group’s various properties.
