REZONING & SITE PLAN APPROVAL
In partnership with various planning firms we have been involved in a variety of planning approvals ranging from official plan amendments, site plan approvals, draft plan of subdivisions, and minor variances across multiple asset classes.
At the Sud Group we work closely with our construction managers to ensure that every phase of construction is managed accordingly. From design, pre-construction, procurement, construction, and post-construction we are involved every step of the way.
SALES AND LEASING
Depending on the sales requirements of each project, the Sud Group benefits from having the ability to partner with best in class real estate brokerage and marketing firms. Moreover the Sud Group currently has the ability to complete all leasing requirements for its commercial and residential portfolio in house.
At the Sud Group we take a hands on approach to manage all of our existing real estate properties in house. This enables us to provide better service to our tenants and to create value within our portfolio.
