Alex is responsible for all aspects of maintenance for Sud Group’s Canadian portfolio of real estate. Alex oversees various daily and yearly property maintenance issues such as paving, tenant improvements, and is responsible for overseeing the on-site janitorial staff of Sud Group’s various properties.
