Jeremy Gladstone is the Principal and Chief Creative Officer of Gladstone Media. With a background in music and television production, Jeremy co-founded Gladstone Media in 2005 and has built the firm into a boutique powerhouse that seamlessly integrates a marketing agency, design studio, and multimedia production company in one, creating a unique turnkey offering. In addition to launching hundreds of successful real estate projects, totalling $15 billion in sales, he applies his innovative approach to a range of industries, including finance, hospitality, corporate security, and music production, creating impactful and visually compelling campaigns.

Paul Ferris is a leading landscape architect with over four decades of experience shaping some of Toronto’s most iconic outdoor spaces. As principal at NAK Design Strategies, he plays a key role in conceptual development, client coordination, approvals, and project execution. His expertise extends to municipal engagements and expert witness testimony for the Ontario Land Tribunal. A graduate of the University of Toronto’s Landscape Architecture program, Paul has been instrumental in elevating urban landscapes through innovative, high-quality design solutions.
