Jeff was the Chief Investment Officer of Hanson Capital Group and was responsible for managing all financial matters. He oversaw operations, analysis and cash management for the company, as well as acting as the investor and banking relationship manager. In addition, he is responsible for raising debt and equity capital for new development and acquisitions projects and any refinancing opportunities. With nearly 30-years of real estate experience, Jeff has structured and financed $6B in real estate over the years.

He previously worked for 10-year as the Chief Financial Officer of PB Bell, a Phoenix based Multi-Family owner, developer and operator where he was responsible for all financial and accounting matters for the organization. During his tenure, PB Bell developed, acquired and sold over 6,000 units with a market value over $2B.

Prior to PB Bell, he worked at Harsch Investment Properties as SVP& Chief Financial Officer where he was responsible for the finance, accounting and IT departments for Harsch, a Portland, OR based multi-faceted, multi-state real estate investment company. Harsch Investment Properties owns in excess of 26 million square feet of property throughout six states in the western US.

Prior to working at Harsch, Jeff was a Principal and Chief Financial Officer at Evergreen Devco, Inc., a Phoenix and Los Angeles-based company whose development projects included commercial, multifamily, office, and single-family lot construction. Evergreen Devco, Inc., is also a preferred Walgreens development company, completing nearly 300 stores and developing more than 110 Fresh & Easy Markets in the U.S. Jeff graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s And has a Master’s degree in finance.
